I'm planning on doing a few of these $20 challenges, maybe a Wet n' Wild look, a Hard Candy one and a Essence look, so keep an eye out over the next few weeks. In the mean time here is a quick look

Ok, so I could not get a good photo of me, this was the best one.

Brows: Essence Brow Pencil in 02 $1.99
Concealer: Wet N Wild Cover All in 01 $1.50
Mascara: ELF Mascara duo (regular side) black $1.50
Powder: ELF Correcting Powder : $3.00
Lip Gloss: Essence Stay With Me Gloss in Hottest Pink $2.99
Blush: ELF Peachy Keen $3.00

Total Cost: $16.93...Way below budget.
The concealer was very difficult to work with so I used as little as possible.
