Beauty Vixen

I stopped in at my local Winners and Marshals far too frequently, but usually leave with nothing. This past week I found a bunch of stuff I really wanted, all of which happen to come from FarleyCo.

For those of you don't know, FarleyCo is the Canadian distributor and online retailer of great brands like Real Techniques, Batiste, Scottish Soap Company, EcoTools and many more. Often I see a few of their items at my Winners/Marshals but rarely do I see a bunch that I really want. This saves me from doing an online order, which I was seriously contemplating.

So What Did I Get?
A bunch of Real Techinque brushes and a can of Batiste dry shampoo.
The first thing I noticed was the RT brushes were ones I'd have to order on their website (although there were sets, I just owned them already). Some were brand spanking new packaging too that feature both Samantha and Nic (c 2014 where as the just Samantha is c 2010). Funny enough the next day I got an email newsletter welcoming Nic to the RT brush line.
I picked up four brushes, Kabuki brush (which folds open), Shading Brush,  Stippling Brush and Blush Brush.
I also got a can of the original scented Batiste for $7.99.  This is by far my favourite dry shampoo of all time.

Below are some neat pics of the kabuki brush.
While no two Winners/Marshals are the same, you might find these deals in store some time soon. Otherwise FarleyCo's website is another great option.

All items were purchased with my own money and I was not sponsored/paid in any way to do this post.

I went into my local Marshall's yesterday and stumbled upon the Fahrenheit 4 n ONE Curling Iron Set. There were other 4 in 1 available by different brands, but once I opened them I realized they all were the exact same inside (admittedly some were in other colours or had patterns). So I chose the Fahrenheit because it was black.
I paid $49.99 for it and used a gift card from Xmas.
I am really excited to try this one out, it got good reviews over on other sites and I've been wanting a new clipless wand for a long time.

The lure of 4 different shapes for this price was too much to resist.
Petite Pear Style has a series of videos showing how she styles using her 4 in 1, it is definitely worth taking a look at.
