Mary Kay recently launched its Naturally skincare line. It is Mary Kay's first venture into natural skincare, and I must say they went all out.

There is no denying that natural skincare or clean skincare is pretty much where it is at right now, so it is no surprise that Mary Kay launched this line.

This simple line features only four products, but they work so well that during the last month of my using them I haven't wanted to use anything else.

All of the products in the Naturally line are free of parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, synthetic dyes, and SLS/SLES, talc, silicone, mineral oil, alcohol and any ingredients that have been genetically modified... All of the products are at least 90% natural in origin and the entire line is COSMOS Natural Certified by EcoCert.  I honestly cannot explain all the details as well as Mary Kay, so if you want to learn more head over to their Naturally page.
Mary Kay Naturally Purifying Cleanser 4.5 oz./$29.00
This creamy cleanser helps remove dirt to leave skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and comforted. After use, skin looks healthy and feels nourished and soothed. 99.49% Natural Origin -marykay.ca
The key ingredients in the formula are Cornflower Floral Water, Glycerin, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera and Vitamine E.

This is a creamy cleanser that gently cleans your skin without leaving it feeling dry or tight. It doesn't foam up, which is common with SLS/SLES free cleansers. I really enjoy how it is creamy and thus not stripping, I also think things like the Aloe in it help soothe and hydrate my skin.

Ingredients: Water, Coco-caprylate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Caprylic Triglyceride, Polyglycerl-3 Dicitrate/Stearate, Centaurea Cyanus (Cornflower) Water, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Beeswax, Tocopherol, Nuphar Luteum (Water Lily) Root Extract, Sodium Benzoate, Levulinic Acid, Sodium Levulinate, Xanthan Gum, Fragrance.
Mary Kay Naturally Exfoliating Powder 2.64 oz./$39.00
Enjoy skin that feels smoother and softer. Gently exfoliates skin and leaves it looking healthy without feeling overscrubbed. 100% Natural Origin -marykay.ca
Key ingredients in it are Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, and Rice Starch.

Let's start by saying I adore this stuff! I was previously using another brand micro exfoliant powder and while I loved it I never really read the ingredients. It turns out it has, among other things, Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate and Titanium Dioxide. I am so glad I am using this formula now. My skin also responds really well to products with rice in them, so it is even better.
If you have never used an exfoliating powder, it is essentially a micro-fine exfoliating powder that you mix with water, so as the package suggests as an alternative the Nourishing Oil. You can use it 2 to 3 times a day for softer and smoother skin without scratching it up.

Ingredients: Oryza Sativa (Rice) Starch, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Hydrated Silica, Crithmum Maritimum (Sea Fennel) Extract, Caprylic Triglyceride, Fragrance.
Mary Kay Naturally Nourishing Oil 1 fl. oz./$55.00
This quick-absorbing oil leaves skin feeling hydrated and looking revitalized. 100% Natural Origin -marykay.ca
This formula features Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Squalane, and Sweet Almond Oil.

This oil is light and super hydrating. It absorbs relatively quick and adds a level of softness to my skin that I really need.

I love that Squalane is in it because for about two years now I have been mixing a Squalane serum in with my oils and it has made a difference, this way I get both in one formula that is just fabulous.

Ingredients: Caprylic Triglyceride, Isoamyl Cocoate, Squalane, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Fragrance, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Tocopherol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit.
Mary Kay Naturally Moisturizing Stick .38 oz./$32.00
Get immediate relief from dryness in a totable, targeted balm. Skin feels nourished, soothed and softer after use. 100% Natural Origin -MaryKay.ca
The formula features Beeswax, Candelilla Wax, Squalane and Carnauba Wax.

This is a hydrating stick that has a few waxes in it as well as some oils and Squalane in it to help keep your skin hydrated and give it a boost when needed. Squalane is the first ingredient which means it is actually really hydrating for my skin.

I love to use it after the oil, focusing on my cheeks and lips. If I plan on doing a facial massage or anything with a roller I make sure to apply it all over so that I get more slip on my skin for longer to prevent tugging. I find I like it most at night when I am not going to apply anything else on top.

Ingredients: Squalane, Beeswax, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Octyldodecanol, Octyldodecyl Myristate, Jojoba Esters, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Wax, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Acacia Decurrens Flower Wax, Polyglycerine-3.
Overall I love these products. Mary Kay is calling these four their core collection and I think it is a perfect name. Together these four products cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate without fuss. It really has simplified my skincare routine without feeling like I've sacrificed anything.

So far I am enjoying all of them, the exfoliant and the oil stand out as my favourites. That being said i really enjoy the cleanser as it leaves my skin soft, clean and not tight. I never feel that discomfort that I often do after washing my face with other cleansers. I also like the stick, It is portable while being rich and hydrating.
