Aveda Art of Nature Collection Swatches and FOTD

Aveda's latest limited collection features some spectacular finds. I've indulged a bit in a few items, gloss, shadow, blush and liner. I feel in love with the uniqueness of each and just had to have them.
lip liner in 917 - barberry bloom, single eye colour in 985- lantana, face accents in 180 - hibiscus and rehydrating lip glaze in 915 -kukui.

First off I am in love with each of these shades. The lip glaze is so pigmented and beautiful. I love that it is nourishing too. Seriously, I hate glosses because they have no pigment and are awful for your lips, this is the anti lip gloss---pigment and moisture. I am in love. In face Aveda claims it boosts lip moisture on average by 25%...that is amazing.

The Face Accents (the blush) is so pretty with its three shades. The highlighter is just perfect for my pale tone. I also love that it is just like a real hibiscus flower.
The Single Eye Colour also has surprised me, it looked less then special until I swatched it. It might not come out as well in my photos, but it is so pretty how it has an almost metallic sheen to it.Almost like an orangy toned version of Mac's Cranberry shadow.
Lastly the Lip liner in Barbery Bloom is described as a matte intense red/orange, and it certainly is. So bold and dark at the same time. I have no liners quite like this and quite a few orange bold lipsticks so I thought it would be perfect to go along with them.

Other things that make me like Aveda's makeup:
I just discovered their makeup, but already I like it. They use 100% post consumed packaging, which makes me really happy. I love that the shadows and blush are ready to go in a palette and there is no waist or need to depot. I also find that with all the natural ingredients they do use, it still is great makeup.

On to some FOTD shots:
I used Hibiscus as my blush and highlighter, Lantanta on my eyes as my shadow, Barbery bloom as my lip liner (filled in all over) with Golden Prism on top as a gloss. Other items I used were Mac Pro Lash Mascara in Pitch Black  and Marcelle BB Cream in Light/Medium and Kett Set Powder.
I may need to go back and get some of the lipsticks too. I really did like a few of them and I was really trying not to go overboard when I was there. Also, after this video I want to get Cinnamon Bark shadow.
